Following this experience Tracy identified the need for a bespoke recruitment process that offered genuine understanding of the client’s need to ensure that personalties as well as skill sets and passion are matched. Tracy’s personal touch and indepth knowledge of clients and candidates is strictly controlled and maintained. Each candidate is interviewed by Tracy herself. Tracy’s background includes working for four years in Silicon Valley, California and nationally throughout Australia. She establishes trust through honest, open, consistent communication.
